About universitychurchchicago.org
University Church – or “UChurch” – is a Christian community that believes in the transformative power of God’s love and seeks to uphold the Great Commandment: “Love your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. And Love your Neighbor as yourself” (Matthew 22:37-39). We love the arts, we fight for justice, and we respect and honor all creation. We center our children and train leaders for ministry. We advocate, partner, sing, pray, and play as if the Beloved Community is ours to build and within our grasp.
