Uncommon Knowledge was born from a desire to provide sensible psychology to people with everyday mental health issues such as anxiety, panic attacks and depression. Over the decades this mission has evolved from in-person training and printed newsletters through CDs and iPods, to apps and online training and multi-channel social media, all the while empowering people to manage their own minds.
