About thumbpsychological.com
Thumb Area Psychological Services was founded by three passionate partners. All three individuals serviced families in the community for many years through various schools and social work. When the need arose for access to more services in our area, they created Thumb Area Psychological Services. Rural communities often face barriers such as long travel distances, limited providers, and social stigma surrounding mental health treatment. By establishing a local clinic, our therapists can provide essential counseling, therapy, and support services close to home - helping residents receive timely care without needing to travel far.
