About threeworldsoneheart.org
Rev. Rayna Hamre (she/her) has been a life-long student of alternative states of mind, experiencing these transitional states since childhood in dreams and while out in nature. After surveying many of the spiritual traditions of Asia as a teenager, her serious spiritual journey began with the practice of Japanese Zen Buddhism at the Zen Center of Los Angeles, and an exploration of ancient Greco-Roman mystery traditions, in her late teenage years. This pursuit of a serious meditative practice from early on has had a profound effect on her life. She began to ask those larger questions about life's purpose, and what happens to us after we die.
