About tf3.no
In Thrive by 3, a comprehensive proffesional development system is tested to support children’s development and learning. The system is based on recent research and is a way to work on quality building trough proffessional development with staff in toddler groups throughout an entire schoolyear. The goal of the study is to investigate whether the staff can become even better at promoting children’s security, well-being, learning, and language development in everyday life. Participating in Thrive by 3 does not imply a lack of quality in the participating childcare centers!
