After earning a degree in Neuroscience, founder Brett Johnson decided to pursue a career in professional soccer. During his journey throughout 3 states and 4 countries, he frequently came across a form of training that incorporated the mind and body, where he was forced to react to a coaches visual or verbal cues. This was much more effective than physical training alone because it was more relevant to what is experienced during games. He knew he needed to find a way to get this kind of quality training by himself, and that’s when he came up with the idea for SwitchedOn®!
