As a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu with an AOS degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelors degree in Hospitality and Restaurant Management from the Scottsdale Culinary Institute, Chef Alex has over 25 years of hospitality and culinary experience. Having worked at some of LA's finest establishments, Chef Alex has found a home as the owner and Lead Instructor at Saute Academy, teaching recreational as well as professional classes to the masses.
