As a salon owner for 30 years, Rosy founder Jim Bower worked hard to balance all of the daily responsibilities of business ownership. There were not enough hours to do everything, so Jim looked to salon software to help. Unfortunately, the locally-installed offerings at the time had many feature limitations with endless conflicts and IT issues, causing too much downtime. Growing frustrated, Jim set out to design a better option. He knew software should be easy to use with features that complement the creative process and streamline the specific workflow of a salon.
