The "Let’s Talk About SOGIE" training is pre-recorded and led by ReconcilingWorks national office staff, accompanied by the book “Lutheran Introduction to Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, & Gender Expression.” The recording is around 45 minutes; depending on the number of participants, a helpful time frame can be 45 - 60 minutes to allow time to discuss as you learn. The training is great for those who are hoping to support their faith community in ongoing education, or for individuals who have an open heart and mind on learning more about God’s diversity of creation.
