About mrpk.org

Dear Moorpark Unified Families, I am writing to you to provide information in response to emails the district office and our schools have received from our families. At Moorpark Unified School District, we are committed to maintaining safe, welcoming schools for all students and their families, regardless of their nationality or immigration status. Public schools in California are protected spaces where every child has the right to equal access to education, as guaranteed by state and federal laws. Under California law, immigration status has no bearing on a child’s right to public education.
