Founded in 1923, Lyon Village is a historic neighborhood known for its tree-lined streets, mix of eclectic homes, and friendly neighbors. The neighborhood sits between Lee Highway (North), Wilson Boulevard (South), Veitch Street (East), and Kirkwood Road (West) and is part of the Courthouse / Clarendon area. Lyon Village is just one block from the Courthouse and Clarendon Metro stations on the Orange and Silver lines and just a few blocks from I-395, George Washington Parkway, and I-66. Two playgrounds, a dog park, and the Lyon Village Community House are located within the neighborhood.
