Erin joined KnowledgeConnex as CEO in 2024 as an accomplished leader with over 15 years of executive experience. She has a passion for driving client and employee success and was awarded the 2021 Frost & Sullivan Customer Value Leadership Award. Before joining our team, Erin most recently led the Client Operations teams for Autotrader and Kelley Blue Book (Cox Automotive). After spending most of her career as a proud college dropout, she completed her B.A. in Business Leadership in 2017. In 2023, she earned a Master’s Degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!).
