SOMERS, Wis. – Joshua Todd Martin, 48, the owner of Josh Martin Roofing, Inc., and his wife, Michelle Renee Martin, 46, were both arrested Saturday evening, October 17, 2026, after the Kenosha County Sheriff's Office was dispatched at approximately 4:28 p.m. to the couple's approximately $1 million, five-acre estate in the 8600 block of 7th Street in Somers for a check for well-being. According to sources, a caller told authorities that Martin had been physically abusing his wife and feared he was "going to kill her" that night. The caller also reported bruises allegedly caused by Martin striking his wife the previous day.
