About justbreatheproject.com
Our story began in 2016, with an event on Brick Lane in East London, where we gathered in a warehouse for a few talks and planned a short meditation to live music, guided by our Founder Michael James Wong. We had hoped 30 people might come, but to our surprise 300 people turned up. Since then we’ve sat together in the thousands to meditate at iconic locations including The British Museum and the Tate Modern as well as retreats, festivals, talks and training courses. No matter the event or occasion, we’ve always celebrated coming together, and it became clear that this was evolving into something much bigger than we ever knew.
