Senior Adviser at the Bank of England, with a PhD in Economics and Finance from Pompeu Fabra University (Barcelona) and BE in Bioengineering from Nanyang Technological Univeristy (Singapore). In my research, I use structural models and causal inference to study financial markets, household finance, and the economic impact of AI. I also use these methods to evaluate how AI systems behave in high-stakes domains.
