About jaccc.org
For over 50 years, the Japanese American Cultural & Community Center (JACCC) has been rooted in the heart of Little Tokyo, one of Los Angeles' most historic neighborhoods. As our campus took shape in the early 1980s, so too did our role in shaping the cultural life of Los Angeles. Guided by the belief that what is entrusted to one generation must be renewed before it can be passed on to the next, we have worked to cultivate a place where tradition and innovation continually inform one another. That practice of renewal has shaped not only our historic campus but also the city that surrounds us.
