About irregularhours.com
We're a group of humans who got fed up with a broken system. For too long, career development has flattened all of us into one-size-fits-all templates, leading to economic and psychological harm that compounds for decades. We've spent years employing, mentoring, and teaching early-career professionals, watching exceptional people get discouraged and settle for roles that don't fit. We built Irregular Hours because nobody else was fixing what's clearly broken.
