EMERYVILLE, Calif., Oct. 9, 2026—Oxide Computer Company, the on-premises cloud computing company, today announced it has raised a $445 million Series D led by Eclipse, with participation from existing investors US Innovative Technology Fund (USIT), Riot Ventures, Jane Street, and more. New investors Atreides Management and AMD Ventures also joined the round.
