About homeextensionperth.au

Our story spans generations in Perth, Western Australia. Nevis Brooks, NuChange Buildings’ founder has over 45 years of experience. As children, Nevis and his brothers began by building and selling cubby houses to the neighbourhood. In 1975 Nevis worked as an electrician, and completed certifications in truck driving, scaffolding, bobcat, and crane driving. Nevis went on to start Brooks Construction with his three brothers in 1979. During this time Nevis gained invaluable experience. Fast forward to 2003 Nevis’ eldest child Ryan completed his apprenticeship in carpentry and joinery. Ryan was the next generation of Brooks tradesmen and NuChange Building was born.
