Neben Stationen als Schulpsychologe, Professor für Wirtschaftspsychologie an der Hochschule Fresenius in München und Akademischer Direktor an der Steinbeis Augsburg Business School, hat er seit 2005 als Geschäftsführer der hahnzog – organisationsberatung Unternehmen aller Größenordnungen und Branchen begleitet, beraten und trainiert, wie sie Arbeit gesund gestalten können. Seit 2018 bringt er gemeinsam mit Samuel Parsch die Teilnehmer*innen beim SOULBOXING® aus der Balance, über ihre Grenzen und in ein neues Gleichgewicht: Vollkontakt mit der Seele.
