NPO法人 松戸市身体障害者福祉会は、昭和３８年設立、６０年の歴史を持ち、松戸市において他に先駆けて設立された福祉施設です。 松戸市近辺にお住いの障害のある方の生活及び福祉の向上に関する事業を行ってきました。 令和３年には、就労継続支援A型「接続草」（スギナ）を設立し、一層の雇用の拡大、 障害者の自立及び一般就労に向けた知識や技能の向上を支援しています。
