About fdap.org
FDAP is accepting applications to our dependency appellate panel. We are also accepting applications from experienced criminal appellate practitioners. Because we have added a large number of inexperienced attorneys in recent months (as of Oct. 1, 2026), additional qualified inexperienced applicants will be waitlisted and should not expect to receive case appointments until well into 2027.
