Paul F. Tucker has devoted his career to law enforcement and public service in Essex County. Prior to being elected Essex County District Attorney, he served as a Massachusetts State Representative and Salem Chief of Police. Tucker joined the Salem Police Department as a patrol officer in 1983. He holds a master's degree from Anna Maria College and a bachelor's degree from Salem State University.
