I felt irritable, grumpy and often reacting to my days. I would get triggered easily and raise my voice regularly. I would think… ‘Whats wrong with me? Why am I like this? How do other moms stay calm and collected all the time? Why do my kids seem to trigger me and frustrate me so often?’ I learned how to control my triggers, how to control my anger and be patient and calm.
