I’m Dr Rachel Evans PhD; a chartered psychologist who specialises in eating disorder recovery. This career choice was inspired by my own struggle with an eating disorder and experience of recovery. I know how it feels when everything you think and do is ruled by thoughts of food and weight, that often feel out of your control.
