The Canadian Journal of Comparative and Contemporary Law is an open-access journal, published annually, at the Faculty of Law of Thompson Rivers University, in British Columbia. The journal is currently on hiatus (mid-2022 onward). Launched in 2015, the Journal aims to fill a gap in the landscape of Canadian legal scholarship by featuring research with a comparative focus, on issues of pressing interest to jurists in Canada and other common law jurisdictions.
