About btlj.org
The Berkeley Technology Law Journal is a student-run publication of University of California, Berkeley School of Law. We started in March 1985, published our first issue in Spring 1986, and have since covered emerging issues of law in the areas of intellectual property, high-technology and biotechnology. BTLJ strives to keep judges, policymakers, practitioners, and the academic community abreast of this dynamic field.
