We—Erica Cerulo and Claire Mazur—founded the beloved e-commerce site Of a Kind in 2010, launched a national partnership with Target in 2014, and sold the company to Bed Bath & Beyond in 2015. We continued to grow it—while helping BB&B strategize around content, millennial marketing, and product-differentiation—until 2019. Last year, Random House published our book Work Wife: The Power of Female Friendship to Drive Successful Businesses, which has been optioned for film and television.
